To start a return, please click on the link below.
We get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Clothing, lingerie and XWiM purchased on xirena.com can be returned within 15 days of order delivery.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact. All XWiM and Lingerie items must have liners intact. Merchandise returned without original price tags unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Merchandise must be received back within 7 days after your return label is issued. All returns received within the 7 days period will be processed as a refund to the original payment card. After your return is processed with xirena.com, please allow 4-5 business days for the merchant credit to post to your card.
Please make sure you send your return back within the 7 days period. Returns sent more than 7 days after the return label was issued may result in return-to-sender.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only refund shipping cost when the return is a result of an error or damaged merchandise.
The return label cost is the customer’s responsibility. An estimate of return label cost will be provided when you create your return. We will pay for the cost of return label in cases where a wrong product or damaged product has been sent.
All Sale items are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Please note we only accept returns from purchases made on xirena.com.

Please allow 24-48 hours for customer service to email you back. Our hours of operation for shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, excluding weekends and major holidays.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue a return authorization and return instructions.
Duties, taxes and customs charges are non-refundable. If an international shipment from an order placed on xirena.com is returned or refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost as well as local duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These amounts will be subtracted from your refund.
