Extended Return Window

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out.

And in this current situation, it might take you a little longer to get us your return.

So we are extending our returns window to 30 days for a full refund.

  • Go to return.xirena.com and follow the instructions to make your return.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed with all labels and tags attached. XWiM & lingerie items must have liners intact or will otherwise not be accepted.
  • Your refund will be in the same form of your original purchase.
  • We only accept returns purchased on XIRENA.com
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • $10 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total
  • We do not currently have the ability to process exchanges, please return and place an additional order for the item you wish to exchange. 
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

START YOUR RETURN
1. Go to return.xirena.com and follow the instructions to make your return.
2. If you choose not to use our pre-paid shipping label provided in the link above, you must use a trackable shipping method. XIRENA cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship.
3. Due to the current situation, please allow at least 2 weeks to receive your returned package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements
4. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, XiRENA.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return requirements. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS
We’re excited to announce that we now offer International Shipping to select countries with DHL. All international orders are shipped via DHL, and the shipping rate will be determined at checkout, based on shipping destination, items purchased, and the weight of each item. The calculated shipping rate at checkout also includes all applicable duties, taxes and fees. The price you pay at checkout is the final price. SHIPPING INFORMATION 
FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING FOR ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $100 
XIRENA.COM uses UPS for all domestic delivery within the United States. Given the current situation, orders placed on xirena.com will ship as soon as possible. Business days are Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm PST, excluding major national holidays and weekends. Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the service selected, your shipping address, and final weight of your order. All standard orders will be shipped UPS GROUND. All packages with an order value of $500 or more will require signature for delivery.
