RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We get it — sometimes it just doesn’t work out.
- Orders purchased on xirena.com may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of order delivery.
- All items marked Final Sale may not be returned nor exchanged.
- Exchanges may only be made for sizes at this time; if you would like a different style and/or color, kindly place a new order.
- All domestic returns are subject to a $10 shipping/handling fee which will be deducted from the overall refund. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- All International returns are subject to a $20 shipping/handling fee which will be deducted from the overall refund. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Please note only items that are unworn, with original labels and tags will be accepted. Merchandise returned without original tags will not be accepted.
- Refunds will only be issued to the same form of payment used to place the order. Returns that are shipped late will be processed as store credit only.
- We only accept returns from purchases made on xirena.com. We will not accept returns on any items purchased through other retailers.
- After your return is processed with xirena.com, please allow 10-14 business days for the merchant credit to post to your card.

- All US returns should be processed via our online returns portal and sent back using the prepaid USPS shipping label issued.
- Please ship your package within one week of starting your return.
- Upon shipment please be sure to receive proof of shipment from the carrier. Please note, in the event the return package is lost we are unable to assist unless proof of shipment is provided.
- Please allow two weeks for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within one to two billing cycles.
- Upon delivery of returned merchandise, xirena.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return requirements.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free shipping for all domestic orders over $100 USD via FedEx.
- Xirena.com uses FedEx for all domestic deliveries within the United States.
- Orders placed on xirena.com will ship within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PDT, and exclude major national holidays and weekends.
- Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the service selected, shipping address, and final weight of order.
- All packages with an order value of $1000 or greater require signature for delivery. If you would like your package delivered without a signature, please contact us ASAP via sales@xirena.com.
- Cut-off time for same day shipping is 1pm PDT.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
$20 USD Flat Rate Shipping for all international orders over $500 USD.
- All international orders are shipped via DHL*, and the shipping rate will be determined at checkout, based on shipping destination, items purchased, and the weight of each item.
- *Orders shipping to Puerto Rico and Russia will be sent via UPS.
- The calculated shipping rate at checkout also includes all applicable duties, taxes and fees.
- The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
